Poor Quality

My daughter had this company on her Christmas list for jewelry so despite my hesitation to order jewelry online, I decided to try ordering this necklace as a gift for a friend. I was extremely disappointed in the quality of both the centrepiece and the chain.. I couldn’t even give it as a gift as I would never wear this myself. I feel a bit ripped off.
