Shipping policy

Shipping times are typically 2-8 business days for Canada and 4-8 business days for the US. For international orders, please allow 2-6 weeks or more for delivery. These shipping times are not inclusive of our processing time, which is typically 1-3 business days.

Please note that shipping estimates are subject to change and are not guaranteed. Sometimes there are delays in transit that are unfortunately, out of our control. Your tracking will always have the most up to date information!

Any applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient as they are not applied in the checkout total. These fees will be determined by the customs agency of the destination country. The agency will reach out to the recipient via mail, email or phone to pay these charges so that your shipment can arrive to you. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and are not responsible for any additional fees after checkout.
