I received the a damaged/defective or incorrect product, what do I do?
We're sorry about that! Please do not fill out the form above. Instead, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include photos of the product, your order number and a brief description of the problem.
Can I return or exchange my product?

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours from our warehouse in Calgary, Alberta. Canadian orders arrive within 2-4 business day, US orders within 4-6 business days and the rest of the world in 2-6 weeks. Once your order has shipped, you will receive and email containing your tracking link. This link will always have the most up to date information and we encourage you to follow it closely. If you have not recieved a shipping confirmation email, your order is still processing.
