Returns & Exchange Policy

Nadaré Co is happy to offer full refunds for returned items as well as exchanges (shipping charges exempt).
Customers may return or exchange items up to 7 days after delivery. Returns will not be accepted if requested over 7 days passed the delivery date noted on the order tracking. All items must be returned in their original state with no signs of wear. 
*Please note that due to hygienic purposes, we do not accept any returns/exchanges on earrings. We also do not accept returns/refunds for any skin reactions that may occur while wearing our pieces. Although our pieces are considered hypoallergenic, we cannot guarantee a reaction won't occur and are not liable as everyone's skin sensitivity differs. Customers must use their own discretion when purchasing. 
All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Any products marked down in price are final sale items and are not eligible for return. Please also note that we only allow one exchange per item.
Return shipping is currently the buyer's responsibility. Purchase a label (with tracking) through your preferred carrier. If you choose to not purchase tracking, you are accepting responsibility should the items be lost/damaged in transit.
Nadaré Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

 

Once you've initiated your return, you have 7 days to confirm that you've sent the item(s) back. If you fail to do so within this timeframe, your return will be void.
