Cute but how do you get the watch band off???

Ill fitting

Took it to a jeweller and they said the watch band is difficult to adjust to an appropriate fit due to its design. So now my watch flops around and its function as a smart watch band is limited because it isn’t close enough to my skin to get a reading on heart beat. Unfortunately I didn’t read the return policy when I put it on my Christmas list so now it’s too late to return for a better designed band.
