Earrings came broken

I gave the whole thing as a gift to my partner but the earrings were broken, they couldn’t open or close and just trying had the entire metal bit break.

Kind of disappointed

I got the necklace in silver and it sadly isn't shiny like my other silver jewellery at all. The little stone is also not the as pretty as I thought it would look.
