Returns & Exchanges
Below is our return policy & return information. Please read through carefully before submitting your return request.
Please see the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return. We offer free 14-day returns for all customers in Canada & the US and 30-day returns for everywhere else. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
- Items must be in all original packaging (pouches, boxes, tools)
All below items are non-returnable:
- Engraved products
- Earrings
- Gift cards
- Products from our "sale" section
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT WATCH BANDS:
If links are removed, they MUST be reattached and all original packaging and extra pieces must be included. Failure to do so will result in 15% admin fee deduction from your refund/credit.
Exchanges must be for the same item only.
Returns due to skin reactions that may occur while wearing our pieces are not accepted. Customers must use their own discretion when purchasing.
Any items purchased with a discount of 20% or more can only be returned for store-credit.
In the case that we are running a sale and further reduce our prices during the same sale/promotion, orders that are already placed will not be reduced further.

If you are located in Canada, we have 2 return options to choose from:
- Free drop off across Canada to our return partner Return Bear.
- Purchase a label in our portal. This fee is outlined in our portal and will be deducted from your refund/credit amount.
For exchanges, we will send you a payment link to pay for your return label once we receive your items. This will need to be paid before the exchange is processed. Failure to do so will result in a store-credit, less the return shipping fee.
At this time, we only offer mail-in returns for our US customers. You may use our self-serve return portal to make your return and download a customs-ready shipping label.
For mail-in returns, the cost of the return shipping label will be subtracted from your refund or store credit. For exchanges, we will send you a payment link to pay for your return label once we receive your items. This will need to be paid before the exchange is processed. Failure to do so will result in a store-credit, less the return shipping fee.
At this time, International customers are responsible for the purchase and cost of their own return shipping labels. Please contact us at support@nadareco.com to begin your return process.
We recommend that you send your order back using standard tracked mail, since Nadaré is not responsible for any packages in transit.
Do not use UPS, DHL, Fedex as Nadaré will not be responsible for any duty or handling fees.
Mark "Returned Goods" on the envelope.
If you are taking advantage of our free drop off option, your order will be refunded right away. If you are exchanging, your new order will be placed and shipped out to you.
For mail-in returns, we require 10 business days from the date we receive your return.
Please note that once refunded, it may take 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect back into your account.
We're so sorry to hear! Please do not use our return portal. Instead, email us at support@nadareco.com and include your order number as well as photos of the damaged/incorrect item(s).
If your piece breaks, is faulty or damaged in any way, we will ship out a replacement. To begin a warranty claim, contact us with your order number, photos and description of damage. The warranty claim must be initiated within 6 months days of delivery.
