We use Canada Post as well as a third party app to determine shipping rates from UPS, Canpar and DHL. The rates for all couriers available will be reflected at checkout when completing your order. Please note that when you qualify for free shipping, we choose the most cost effective carrier and this will not necessarily be the quickest shipping method.

Once the courier scans your package, it is no longer our responsibility if the package is lost or stolen. In the rare event that this occurs, you must contact the courier directly.
Any applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient as they are not applied in the checkout total. These fees will be determined by the customs agency of the destination country. The agency will reach out to the recipient via mail, email or phone to pay these charges so that your shipment can arrive to you. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and are not responsible for any additional fees after checkout.
