Kept snagging on my hair

I looove this chain it’s beautiful but it kept on getting stuck on my hair and it was pulling on it a lot so I had to stop wearing it unfortunately. I haven’t had this issue with the other necklaces I bought so I’m happy about that!

It’s a nice, classy necklace and pretty irl but near the clasp the gold has already started to come off and I’ve had my necklace for abt 2 weeks maybe. It was jus a little disappointing.
