I had purchased a bunch of these earrings on a whim because have you looked at them! And then I got cold feet because I have VERY sensitive ears and although these are marketed as hypoallergenic, they don’t offer returns on earrings (for obvious reasons). So I reached out via email, explained that I have very sensitive ears and was worried about wasting $300 worth if these earrings made my overly dramatic ears react. So I had just asked them to cancel the order. They got back to me right away and said absolutely we can cancel the order but we would love for you to try our pieces and that if my ears did react to the metal they would be happy to offer me a free return. Fast forward I got the earrings, absolutely loved everything about how they looked (especially for the price!) to the point that I was scared to put them in my ears in case I reacted and had to send back. But much to my surprise, my ears did not react in the slightest. This is the first “hypoallergenic” brand that hasn’t caused my ears to react. Definitely will be buying more.
