Love the watch band

I saw quite a few TikToks on the amazing quality of the bands and knew I had to order one myself. When it arrived I followed the helpful instructions to remove the links to fit my wrist, but unfortunately, the pin was not keeping them together anymore. Things like this can always happen. So I wrote an email to customer service and received a message within a day that a replacement will be sent immediately. I am very impressed by the quality of the customer service. I would definitely recommend ordering your next watch band here <3

This is one is elegant but so cute I wear it everyday. It came with a kit to adjust the size which was perfect and self-explanatory. Also, I ordered 5 pieces and loved all of them. One of the necklaces I bought did not fit (or was too short) but since I bought it on Black Friday, I emailed them to ask if I can do a Return and they said I could... (as an exception) but it went over my options. as well. They said it would cost me more and it will be a hassle to do a return, so they let me keep the necklace and gave me store credit instead <3 Very accommodating customer service and quality products! Highly recommend!

Easy to adjust the size to fit my wrist and very flattering on. Seems like a good quality product. Would recommend
